1. How to Delete Your Account
- 1Open the Reelfellas app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- 2Go to Settings → Close Account.
- 3Confirm the deletion.
If you’re unable to sign in or access the app, contact us at legal@reelfellas.com from the email address associated with your account, and we will delete your account on your behalf.
2. What Gets Deleted
Deleting your account is immediate and permanent. It removes:
- Your profile, including your name, email, username, bio, phone number, profile photo, and cover image.
- Your posts, comments, reshares, likes, ratings, favorites, and watchlist.
- Your followers/following relationships, recommendations, and Reel Suggestions.
- Blocks you’ve placed, reports you’ve filed, and your push notification tokens.
- Your search history.
Your account cannot be recovered after deletion, and you will not be able to sign back in with it.
3. What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained in anonymized form, or for a limited period in routine backups, where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes — consistent with our Privacy Policy. Content that another user has already reshared, screenshotted, or otherwise copied outside the app is outside our control and isn’t affected by your account deletion.
